I’m an Australian textile artist and certified Reiki Master living by beautiful Lake Macquarie, NSW. I have devoted my website to sharing a little more about what I do and how I may be able to assist you.

Nature and Creativity.….

As an artist I have a close connection to the natural world and my local environment, producing naturally-dyed, botanical eco-print wearable textiles, including original-print silk scarves and linen clothing created from foraged eucalyptus leaves, local water sources, recycled metals and natural fibres.

With an extensive background in colour and design as an interior designer and colour specialist for many years, floristry courses, ecoprinting workshops and a love of nature led me to the therapeutic, uplifting and beautiful process of botanical ecodying/ecoprinting.

The thing I love most about this work is the opportunity it provides to ‘play’, explore and become less attached to the outcome. Botanical alchemy always results in an element of surprise with a dash of unpredictability. It’s nature’s way of creating a visual dialogue between her and us, how we translate this interaction, and what we choose to wear as our decorative ‘armour’.

As part of this mindful process the natural elements, pigments and materials combined, are infused and positively energised (charged) in water with ‘reiki’ to support the wearer on both a subtle and aesthetic level.

Each piece I produce tells a story and I always find it so satisfying (and humbling) when my work becomes a conversational piece, creating uplifting and sometimes emotional responses from my customers and visitors.

The resonance between the observer and the textiles (clothing or scarves) is as much about an energy exchange, as it is visual. This is due to the fact that I’m working with the energy of living plant matter, the higher (/supportive) frequencies of natural fibres and the stories held within the structure of local water. As an artist and creator, my goal is to help people find the perfect piece that harmonises with their essence, celebrating their individuality and unique style.

My work is sold locally in Newcastle, the Hunter Valley and directly to customers from all over the world.

Colour, Energy and Distance Healing….

As a Reiki Master practitioner…

I work with reiki ( ‘universal life force energy’ also known as ‘chi’) in the quantum field sending this healing, supportive and balancing energy to help, assist and inspire individuals and their intentions.

Reiki works multi-dimensionally - on a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual level to help restore balance, enhance wellbeing, achieve objectives, gain a greater sense of self-awareness and so much more.

As an intelligent energy source, reiki knows exactly where to go (mind, body, spirit) and what to do. Reiki goes to the source of the issue to restore calm and relaxation, accelerating wellbeing and healing while working as an effective ‘support tool’ to your medical treatment, therapies and post surgery recovery.

Reiki is not a religion, but more spiritual in nature. It is non-denominational and available to everyone. It is also safe and gentle for babies, children and animals.

In my reiki sessions, I also incorporate colour as a creative, energetic tool to ‘tap into’ your energy, and uniquely translate its meaning and significance specific to you.

Through the merging of colour and reiki, I have developed a unique reiki service “Colour Reiki” including personalised intuitive colour energy sketches as artworks.

Sessions are conducted remotely (I can send reiki to you anywhere in the world).
